What is your shipping policy?
We charge a flat shipping charge of $22. If you order more than one pair (i.e. two pairs), then we will provide free, complimentary standard shipping.We will provide free, complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $300 (before taxes and shipping charges).We only ship within the continental US, with no exceptions. We are currently only shipping within the 48 continental US states. We currently do not ship to the outlying US states of Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico, or to any military APO/FPO addresses, or to any outlying US territories, such as Guam and Samoa.Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping and only serve US customers.
What’s the shipping speed? When will I receive the tracking information email?It takes about 5 to 8 business days to deliver to US addresses (we are currently only shipping within the 48 continental states).Delivery times are also subject to changes, such as due to carrier delays, and due to bad weather conditions. We either ship using UPS or USPS for standard shipping, depending on your US shipping address and location.All shipping surcharges are non-refundable. For customers that have paid for Express Shipping (Nera uses FedEx International Priority®), it takes about 2-3 business days for the shoes to be delivered.All Nera products have a tracking number when they are shipped. An email containing the tracking codes will be sent to the email address you used for the purchase after the shipping and tracking labels have been created.

What if I never received my order updates, or tracking codes?

If you do not know what your order number is, please go to the purchase confirmation email that we have sent to you after you have made your purchase.
The order number will be displayed on the top right corner of the purchase confirmation email.
With your order number, our representative will contact you and help you track down your order, and provide updates as soon as possible.
